Coaching

Many progressive companies offer coaching as a tool to enhance a variety of skills that are deficient within their management or leadership teams.

We do not view coaching as a remedial tool to help failing employees or to solve serious behavioural problems; rather, it is seen as a way in which managers or senior leaders for whom traditional training is no longer relevant can continue to develop and become more effective.

We have the expertise to provide an objective sounding board for managers and leaders and to provide tools to help them plan their work load better and to manage people more effectively.

Counselling

There are times when employees experience difficulties or have to face distressing events which leave them feeling unhappy, anxious, depressed or confused. In some cases their usual way of coping is not adequate anymore.

We can offer employees the opportunity to talk things over, in confidence, with a skilled and caring person. We can help employees reach a better understanding of the issues they face and give them the confidence to decide the best way forward for themselves.
